University of ���Ĵ�ý has signed an agreement with Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine to support U���Ĵ�ý students interested in pursuing a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Through this agreement, qualified U���Ĵ�ý students will be offered a guaranteed interview opportunity for admission to Lincoln Memorial University’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) program, based in Tennessee. The initiative provides a pathway for students who demonstrate academic excellence and commitment to the health sciences.

Jacquelyn Mikulski, U���Ĵ�ý’s coordinator of pre-professional programs, said the University is pleased to strengthen its longstanding relationship with LMU-DCOM by formalizing this partnership.

“Our students have a strong record of success at LMU, and this new guaranteed interview opportunity gives qualified U���Ĵ�ý students a distinct advantage in the highly competitive medical school admissions process,” Mikulski said.

The program is open to U���Ĵ�ý students who meet the following qualifications:

• a preferred minimum cumulative science GPA of 3.4 or higher
• a preferred minimum MCAT score of 495
• completion of all prerequisite courses required by LMU-DCOM.

After a successful completion of their third year at U���Ĵ�ý, students can apply to the LMU-DCOM program. The deadline to apply is March 1 of the student’s final year.

LMU-DCOM Dean and Chief Academic Officer Dr. Christopher Loyke said the agreement is an exciting step forward in building a strong connection between the two schools.

“By creating a clear pathway to osteopathic medical education, we’re helping University of ���Ĵ�ý students access the support, mentorship, and opportunities they need to succeed,” Loyke��said. “Together, we’re preparing the next generation of physicians to serve their communities with skill, compassion, and a focus on whole-person care."
