Training is typically delivered in person and via Zoom. TheyÌýare designed to meet the following needs:

  • Workday Student:ÌýTraining opportunities for Workday Student-related training will also be announced and also available via the faculty and staff training opportunities wiki page.
  • New Functionality (HCM/Finance): New functionality may be related to an implementation or new features Workday releases for a module the University already owns/uses. Functional departments at the University will be offering training sessions in varying formats (e.g. online, in person) and different dates/times.
  • Refresher/New Employee: Whether you're new to the University or you've been here for years and just need a refresher on how to perform certain functions in Workday, we'll be offering recurring trainings several times per year.

Workday Student Implementation

ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ successfully implemented Workday, an innovative, cloud-based student information system. The Workday student implementation had six (6) go lives scheduled between June 2019 and September 2020. Students first utilized Workday to register for their Fall 2020 schedule.
